These Terms govern your access to and use of the TestForge platform, including all services, features, and tools provided through testforge.in.
By creating an account, accessing, or using the TestForge platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and TestForge ("we", "us", "our"). By checking the consent checkbox during registration, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you are accepting these Terms on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
If you create or administer an organization on TestForge, you accept additional responsibility for the activities of all members within that organization. This includes managing access controls, monitoring usage, and ensuring compliance with these Terms by all organization members.
Your account is personal to you. Account ownership is determined by the email address and credentials used during registration. In the case of organizational accounts, the organization owner retains administrative authority over the organization's workspace, members, and data.
TestForge uses session-based authentication and supports integration with third-party authentication providers. You acknowledge that the security of your account depends in part on the strength and confidentiality of your chosen credentials.
You are responsible for any actions taken through your authenticated session, whether authorized by you or not. TestForge is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
TestForge is an engineering operations platform designed for software testing, API execution, flow automation, and team collaboration. You agree to use the Platform only for its intended purpose and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
You agree not to engage in any of the following activities:
We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action against any user who, in our sole discretion, violates these Terms. This includes, without limitation, suspending or terminating accounts, removing content, and reporting activities to law enforcement authorities.
TestForge provides automation capabilities for legitimate software testing purposes. You agree not to use these automation features to:
You agree not to use the Platform in any manner that could disable, overburden, or impair TestForge infrastructure, or interfere with any other party's use of the Platform.
You are solely responsible for all content you upload, create, or execute through the Platform, including but not limited to test scripts, API requests, flow configurations, environment variables, and any data processed during test execution.
Test executions initiated through the Platform — including browser automation flows, API requests, and batch test runs — are your responsibility. TestForge is not liable for any consequences arising from test executions directed at your own systems or authorized third-party systems.
All API requests constructed and sent through the Platform are initiated by you. You are responsible for ensuring that you have proper authorization to send requests to any endpoint you configure within the Platform.
Automated workflows, flows, and test sequences created within the Platform execute actions as configured by you. You bear full responsibility for the configuration, targets, and outcomes of these automated processes.
Important: TestForge does not independently initiate requests, tests, or automations. All executions are user-directed. You are responsible for ensuring that your testing activities comply with the terms of service of any systems you test.
Organization owners are responsible for the conduct of all members within their organization. This includes:
TestForge enforces a role-based access control system with defined roles (Owner, Manager, Tester). Organization administrators are responsible for assigning appropriate roles and permissions to their members.
Data created within an organization workspace — including test suites, API collections, flow configurations, and execution history — is associated with that organization. The organization owner maintains administrative control over this data, including the ability to manage access and, where applicable, request deletion.
TestForge is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. While we strive to maintain continuous availability, we do not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times or without interruption.
We do not make any uptime guarantees or service level commitments. The Platform may experience downtime for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances beyond our control.
Certain features of the Platform may be designated as beta, experimental, or preview. These features are provided without any warranty and may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice.
The Platform operates within the constraints of web browser capabilities, network conditions, and third-party service availability. Performance may vary based on your hardware, network connection, and browser environment.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Platform at any time, with or without notice. We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of planned disruptions where practical.
TestForge currently offers access to its Platform features. Specific plans, tiers, or pricing structures may be introduced or modified in the future.
If paid subscription plans are introduced, changes to pricing or plan structures will be communicated to affected users with reasonable advance notice. Continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
You may cancel your account at any time. Upon cancellation, your access to the Platform will terminate, and your data may be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
If applicable, refund policies will be specified at the time paid plans are introduced. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, fees paid are non-refundable.
The TestForge platform, including its design, code, user interface, documentation, branding, and all associated intellectual property, is owned by TestForge and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in the Platform beyond the limited right to use it in accordance with these Terms.
You retain ownership of all content you create within the Platform, including test suites, API configurations, flow designs, and execution data. By using the Platform, you grant TestForge a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Platform services to you.
You agree not to:
We reserve the right to suspend or restrict access to your account at any time if we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms, or if your use of the Platform poses a risk to the Platform, its users, or third parties.
We may permanently terminate your account and delete associated data if you:
Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. We may, at our discretion, delete your account data. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability, and Indemnification — will continue to apply.
Please read this section carefully. It limits our obligations and your ability to seek damages.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TestForge and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
In no event shall our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform exceed the greater of (a) the total amount you paid to TestForge in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred US dollars ($100).
This limitation applies regardless of the theory of liability, whether based on contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or any other legal theory, and whether or not we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In such jurisdictions, the limitations above shall apply to the maximum extent permitted by law.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TestForge and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising out of or related to:
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which TestForge operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the relevant jurisdiction.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Effective" date at the top of this page and, where practical, provide notice through the Platform.
Your continued use of the Platform after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
